The color is concentrated with some orange tones. The nose reveals notes of violet, red fruits and rhubarb, as well as nutty aromas from fermentation in new French oak barrels. In the mouth it is structured, linear, ending with a sensation of sweetness balanced by a beautiful acidity and spicy finish.

HARMONIZATION

Oysters, oven-baked fish, poultry and other white meats. Vegetarian pairings: dishes based on root vegetables (turnips, sweet potato and beetroot), Caesar salad, cheese.

Nat Cool, is a naturally "cool and funky" innovative concept created by Niepoort that started in Verdes, passed through Bairrada and Douro, and is already present in several national and international regions. More than producing wines with little intervention, Nat cool is a movement of union between several producers with the aim of creating uncomplicated, light and easy-to-drink wines.
