Visually clear and bright, with a very elegant pink colour. Aromas of fresh red fruit, with raspberry and cherry standing out, though there are also some floral notes that add complexity to the aromatic profile. On the palate, it is firm, with excellent breadth, texture and a well-defined aromatic presence. The acidity is crisp, providing a balanced structure to this harmonious, food-friendly wine. It finishes long and persistent.
Grapes from old vines, grown organically at an altitude of over 700 metres. Schist soils with clay and veins of quartz. A ‘field blend’, where various grape varieties are interplanted in the vineyard alongside white and red grapes, perfectly adapted to the harsh climate and nutrient-poor soil, making irrigation unnecessary..
