This is a white sparkling wine made from the red variety - Baga. The color is more salmon than the previous edition and the bubble is fine and persistent. The nose is delicate and very expressive. It has notes of wild fruits such as cherry and currants, floral nuances and fresh herbs, and a touch of brooch and hazelnut, which make it more serious. In the mouth it has a great balance of acidity and bitterness. It is structured in an elegant, light, delicate and shiny profile. Finishes soon, with an excellent acidity and persistence.

It goes very well with dishes with fat (Piglet, Roasted kid in a wood oven, Codfish).
