Citrine yellow in color with a fine and persistent bubble, it is very expressive in fresh fruit, with slight floral notes. It is fine and delicate in the mouth, with good mousse, young and with a good balance. The present acidity provides a long and refreshing aftertaste.

Goes well with all types of starters, salads and shellfish.

The Vinho Verde region has great potential for the production of sparkling wines. Not only because of the type of soil and climate, but also because of the characteristics of the grape varieties. This sparkling wine is the result of a small experiment where the entire batch destined for OLO was not bottled. This batch was kept in a small vat and in January of the following year it was bottled to make a sparkling wine respecting the classic Champagne method. As the result was quite positive, the experience was repeated the following year, which resulted in the OLO sparkling wine.
