Pale yellow color. It shows a very delicate and elegant white fruit, notes with soft buttery nuances and toast from the prolonged stage. The bubble is very thin, melting in the mouth, the body is full, in a perfect acid balance, with a wide, refined, classy result.
Enjoying it on its own, as an exquisite sparkling wine, it accompanies delicate delicacies such as oysters, smoked salmon, or fish lean with butter sauce.
ALIANÇA WINES FROM PORTUGAL
It was in 1927 that 11 associates led by Domingos Silva and Ângelo Neves decided to found, in Sangalhos (Anadia), the Alliance, which already has more than 80 years of life. The company started exporting to Brazil, Africa and Europe, and today more than 50% of its production is destined for export, mainly for wines, sparkling wines and spirits, brand image of the Alliance in Portugal and around 60 countries to which it exports.
Produced from the most emblematic variety of Bairrada, the Baga ink, and the most notable white grape variety of French origin, Chardonnay. Baga brings structure and persistence to this sparkling wine and Chardonnay contributes with the complexity and refinement of aromas and flavors. The pre-bottling stage and the 39 months sur lies harmonized this set which, above all, aims to be a reference not only in DOC Bairrada sparkling wines but at a national level.
