La Volée Baga Rosé is a sparkling wine that is born in clay-limestone vineyards in the municipality of Cantanhede. Vineyards over 40 years old, grown mostly in typical Bairrada lands with very good sun exposure. The soils are rich, compact clay in harmony with limestone. The wine is vinified in stainless steel. After the cold winter, the wine aged in an underground cellar sur lies 12 months after the end of the second fermentation, with periodical pugnetage and remuage carried out in the classic pupitres to gain the structure that a great sparkling wine deserves. All the sparkling wine was degummed in an artisanal way, thus giving rise to the name of the wine "à la Volée". Only 5750 bottles were made.
