From Bairrada and a "Baga Friend", Sidónio de Sousa is one of the great wine producers in the region. Recognized for having among the oldest some of the best Baga vineyards in Bairrada, he continues to make his wine in a traditional way, resulting in juicy, refined wines with good fruit and aged in old Portuguese oak, rare nowadays, even in Portugal.
