It has a citrus color. In the mouth, it has a very fine and persistent bubble, releasing a fresh and delicate aroma. The palate reveals light and complex flavors of fruits and a pleasant tart of vivifying acidity, leaving in the mouth a delicate and prolonged flavor. A lot of brioche in the mouth that is soft and well proportioned, mousse and acidity very well integrated. Persistent and delicious.
Perfect on its own as an aperitif, or accompanying various appetisers and starters: oysters, seafood salads, smoked fish salads (swordfish, salmon, cod), gratinated cheeses, black pork ham etc.
