Fine and delicate aroma. High aromatic concentration with floral notes and mineral nuances. Elegant mouth with very present acidity. Full of minerality and intense citric bitters, resulting in a full-bodied and unctuous wine. Wet stone, lime and salinity notes offer persistence and complexity on the palate.

Wine with a strong gastronomic aptitude ideal in the accompaniment of rich and complex dishes. Tomato and basil brushetta, shrimp kebabs with pesto sauce and chicken curry with tomato sauce, Contacto Alvarinho offers unique sensations with different dishes from different types of cuisine. It should be served between 10 - 12ºC.

Contacto Alvarinho is obtained from the noble variety Alvarinho produced exclusively in the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço. The location of this sub-region provides it with a particular microclimate, being surrounded by a series of mountains that allow a unique combination of rainfall, temperature and light necessary for the perfect maturation of the grapes. For the elaboration of this wine, vineyards close to the river, at low altitude and with deep soils with a high content of rolled stone are selected. The wine has minerality and bitterness typical of the variety.
