Complex nose, presence of hay, cinnamon, along with spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, light herbs typical of the variety with a very present and vibrant mineral component. Great structure in the mouth with a very fresh acidity along with a broad, enveloping and long finish
HARMONIZATION
Tanning allows balance with more complete fish and seafood dishes, stuffed crab, prawns breaded with honey and coconut and Galician octopus with crispy potatoes are some perfect dishes to pair with. It should be served between 11-13°C.
White wine made from grapes of Alvarinho variety produced exclusively in Monção and Melgaço. The vines are more than 14 years old and have low production with high levels of acidity and good maturation. A wine made “the old way” with fermentation on skins, with more color and more tannins. It intends to get the maximum potential from the Alvarinho variety.
