Clear and crystalline, citrine in color. Abundant fruit with complex notes of citrus confit where grapefruit stands out. Note also the tropical aromas well integrated in the set. High evolutionability. Complex structure. Bulky in the mouth with excellent acidity. Very balanced, with structure and strong finish.
Perfect as an aperitif during summer season, this wine also pairs perfectly with fish, poultry, salads, Asian and Mediterranean food. Also a good match for "tapas".
The freshest and elegante Alvarinho ever. Its complex structure combined with a good acidity and minerality makes it a wine people will talk about.
