A very elegant Alvarinho, where citrus and floral tones are balanced with drier notes of tea leaf and wet stone. The slight presence of barrel increases the complexity of the aroma. In the mouth it is lively and harmonious, with good volume but with acidity and minerality providing balance to a very discreet sweetness. With a long, creamy and complex aftertaste, Wanabi 2017 is suitable for young consumption, but will certainly have an interesting evolution in the bottle.

GASTRONOMY

It goes well with shellfish, delicate fish or mild cheeses. Vegetarian suggestions: Caesar salad, eggplants, hummus.
