Exuberant nose with citrus and floral aromas. Light aroma of white petalled flowers like jasmine. The palate is elegant and light, with a crisp, round acidity. Long, vibrant finish
Wine with a strong gastronomic aptitude ideal in the accompaniment of rich and complex dishes. Tomato and basil brushetta, shrimp kebabs with pesto sauce and chicken curry with tomato sauce, Contacto Alvarinho offers unique sensations with different dishes from different types of cuisine. It should be served between 10 - 12ºC.
From the Lima sub-region, Contacto Loureiro represents balance and harmony. The region's terroir provides, in addition to the noticeable freshness, the aromatic exuberance characteristic of the Loureiro grape variety. Throughout the Lima valley, we see mid-slope vineyards that give the wine an acidity marked by the salinity coming from the Atlantic. In this region, the soils are granitic and poor in organic matter. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
