Delicate nose where an aroma stands out floral reminiscent of white petal flowers. On the palate it is delicate and very balanced. between a refreshing acidity and the flavors flowers that brings from the nose. salivating finish and elegant.
Goes well with Fish and Seafood dishes.
Old Walls Loureiro comes from the Lima sub-region, birthplace of the caste Laurel. This region has granitic soils, deep and poor in matter organic. The vineyards are halfway up the slope south facing along the shores from the river Lima, thus receiving all the freshness coming from the Atlantic ocean. This influence determines the aromatic exuberance of the wine. This one terroir thus provides a full wine of freshness, with a crystalline acidity and a pronounced salinity.
