Color: Straw. Aroma: Very complex and deep. Lots of minerality with a slight smoky, reveals citrus and fresh hints. Palate: Elegant and balanced, aromatic, with good volume and very fresh and mineral finish.

Grapes from a plot of the Estate, the Corredoira vineyard. All grapes are handpicked in 20kg boxes. After partial destemming and slight crushing, the grapes are pressed where there’s a slight contact between skins and must. Smooth pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Fermentation completed in 300 liter French oak barrels. Ages in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years.
