Of a unique landscape and a singular richness in its diversity and terroir, Serra do Mendro gives us the essential inspiration to create unique, distinct and timeless wines. The stillness of time allows us to interpret the origins, respecting the primary elements: soil, climate and caste. With fermentation and aging in a 3000 liter French oak vat, we seek fine textures, mineral notes and intense aromas of fresh fruit combined with the complexity that the indigenous grape varieties planted at altitude and tempered by the Atlantic winds give it. An oenology of contemplation preserves their exclusive character, the trainee stage gives them the natural balance, intensity, linearity, sophistication and class that only this cradle could provide. Finally, we realized that the Alentejo can fit inside a bottle!
