Citrus color with greenish reflections. On the nose, the wine has an intense aroma of vanilla and ripe white fruit (melon, pear). In the mouth it presents high freshness. The flavor is rich, with a greasiness that, together with its acidity, gives us great elegance. It reveals the strong mineral character of the sub-region where it is produced. Its finish is long, showing to be balanced while young, but it will certainly evolve very well in bottle.

Great option to accompany cod, fish in the oven, white or red meat that is not very spicy and salads with sesame seeds.
