Gonçalves Faria White 2014 shows a very fine, austere mineral aroma, full of very fresh lemon notes, in good harmony with a slight smokiness. With a good volume in the mouth and very structured, it has good presence on the palate. The high acidity balances the whole, in a very fine and refreshing profile. Long finish, markedly mineral. It will evolve very well in the bottle.

It goes very well with seafood, stewed fish dishes (caldeirada), as well as white meats. It is also the ideal accompaniment to Serra da Estrela soft cheeses.
