With a straw yellow color in the mouth, with very evident limestone notes, surrounded by aromas of orange blossoms. The citric acidity elevates the wine to a unique, fresh, complex, very fine and elegant level. With an austere and deeply mineral aftertaste. A serious, distinctive white that should be drunk in Burgundy glasses.

It goes very well with seafood dishes, roasted fish, cod dishes and Japanese-inspired dishes, with alkaline and iodized flavors (such as Nori seaweed).
