A different white wine, marked by talha, based first in the fruit and freshness of the grape varieties, with a second dimension dominated by earthy notes, almost chemical from the talha. In the mouth some texture, always supported by tension and acidity.
Goes well with fresh salads, pasta, fish that reinforce the earthy notes like mushrooms, beet, truffle and fresh citrus notes.
Wine based on the ancient methodology of Talha, in search of complexity and regional identity (although it is a contradiction with current oenology), while using the crushing/pressing techniques that we advocate.
