Citrus yellow color and nose with notes of linden, citrus, and some dried leaf. In the mouth it attacks with acidity, texture, and a lot of unctuousness. In the retro, aromas are repeated, some dairy aromas, cream.

It combines with fatty white fish such as lily, jack, grouper and sea bream in its pure version, grilled and salted, with some fat, cream and butter.

The Paulistas, name given to the Hermits of the order from São Paulo that they had been doing for so long in this your wine, which was lost on that date in the memoirs. However, the Papal Bull of 1397, exempts “Os Paulistas” from taxes on their vineyards, demonstrating the importance of this location. THE location is special and receives two streams that bring the waters of Serra D’Ossa and that keep the water nearby and fresh soil, with no need for irrigation for the proper development of the grapes.
