On the nose it is a serious wine, combining notes of citrus, nuts, spices and tobacco, revealing the complexity of the old vines that give rise to it. In the mouth it is structured, fresh and with excellent acidity.
Old vines over 40 years old emerge in Gobelet from the limestone and shale soils at an altitude of 600 m, revealing the essence of Portalegre. The vinification of white Copo Alegre is done with static decantation, cleaning and placing good lees in the must.
