The color is citrine yellow, very bright. Has an intense nose and precise, reminiscent of orchard flowering, light notes of pollination and an orange citrus. Evolves in the mouth to the green fruit, like the apple, but in the end the lemon citrus. It's a very full, spicy white (white pepper) and the excellent balance between acidity and robustness translates into a wine full of character and potential of longevity.
This wine is produced exclusively from grapes from Encruzado and Arinto varieties. At Quinta da Alameda, in Santar, these varieties reflect the identity of the whites from the Dão region, providing a lot of character, freshness, elegance and longevity.
