Citrine yellow color with greenish hints. Complex in aroma with notes of fruit such as pear, quince, nuances of a green herb that adds freshness and a subtle note of barrel aging. It has the typical elegance of Encruzado aged in barrels and the creaminess of gouveio. Mouth with lots of volume, texture and very integrated acidity, giving gastronomic freshness.
