Diálogo white is an excellent example of a dry white from the Douro, fresh without being overly fruity, consistent and easy to please everyone. On the nose it reveals a fresh Douro with notes essentially of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it has volume, without being heavy, excellent acidity and an almost spicy aftertaste!
Grilled or oven-baked fish as well as white meats.
In order to express the character of the Douro in this white, we went up in altitude in search of vineyards with indigenous grape varieties, planted in mica-schist soils and that presented the true rocky character of this valley. Through fermentation, in stainless steel vats, we sought complexity and lightness. Luís Afonso's illustration tells stories on the Diálogo labels since the first edition.
