In these vineyards, the grape varieties Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Viosinho, Donzelinho and Gouveio predominate. Its mica schist soils give rise to wines with a lot of minerality, delicate and with great freshness.

Redoma Branco 2017 has a fresh, fragrant and mineral character. The aroma is austere in its stone notes, demonstrating complexity with light smoky, citrus and floral notes, reminiscent of orange blossom. The barrel is in perfect harmony. In the mouth it is slightly creamy, with a fantastic natural acidity that is very balanced, firm and persistent. Very rich but at the same time fresh and light, it shows a perfect fruit/acidity balance. Floral and dried fruit notes provide a mineral, almost salty, very long and enveloping aftertaste.

HARMONIZATION

Oysters, baked fish, poultry and white meats. Vegetarian suggestions: dishes with tubers (turnips, sweet potatoes, beets), Caesar salad, cheese dishes.
