Using the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this wine was designed, full of aromas of Tea Grey, Mint, Bark of Lima and Sage. In the mouth it appears fresh, with good acidity and a very elegant final structure.

From a selection of the best batches of Aragonêz, and from the result of a harvest night (moon harvest), was this wine born? Invisible.The must is transported by refrigerated truck to the Cellar. There it is driven by gravity into the cold room where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C for 15 days.Using the aromatic potential of Aragonêz, this wine was drawn, full of aromas of Tea (Earl Gray), Mint, Bark of Lima and Salva. In the mouth emerges fresh, with a good acidity, and a very elegant final structure.
