We launched the Gonçalves Faria white 2017 five years later, exactly to highlight a nose that almost resembles a Riesling, austere, with notes of dried fruits, smoky nuances and a component of orchard fruits such as citrus and apricots. The very well integrated wood and the aging in the bottle make it a serious, rich and structured white. The high acidity balances the whole, in a very sophisticated profile and it ends very persistent, almost spicy.
