Citrus color, mineral aroma with lime notes, elegant and fine, with well-involved acidity.
The name of the Loios wine derives from the title that in the 15th century was attributed to members of the ancestral Congregation of Priests of the Order of St. John the Evangelist, known simply as Loios. Loios monks have always been deeply connected to the history of Alentejo and in particular to wines. In his memory this was the chosen name and Loios is a wine produced from the region's traditional grape varieties.
