Color: Intense greenish. Aroma: Vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with Rabigato’s live fruit. Palate: In the mouth it surprises by the density and freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif, pairs with grilled fish and seafood.
After slight crushing, the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical winepress. The must is transferred to small-capacity vats, with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine ages on the lees for seven months.
