Color: Beautiful straw yellow color. Nose: Very fresh and fruity, full and complex. It presents fresh fruit notes with some vanilla and dried fruit nuances that enrich it and make it very interesting. Mouth: The first sensation is fresh and fruity, evolving into more complex flavors of dried fruit. Shows an excellent freshness that gives it harmony and makes it very pleasant. It has a good balance between structure and acidity. With a long and persistent finish, its freshness promises longevity
This wine is based only on grapes from the caste Viosinho. Fermented and staggered in new Portuguese oak barrels, it was intended to create a guard white that would last in time. With the structure and complexity it presents, this is a wine with enormous potential of aging, that can be consumed until enough years after its harvest.
