Color: Citrine with light straw reflections. Aroma: Very young and expressive, revealing a good complexity. Tropical and arboreal fruits stand out. Dry taste. Creamy attack, good structure and very balanced acidity that gives the wine a long finish.

It goes well with grilled or roasted fatty fish, fish or seafood curry or pasta with sautéed vegetables. You can try it as a companion to soft-paste sheep's cheeses.
