Minimal intervention white, naturally cloudy due to fermentation in the bottle. The color is citrus yellow with greenish hues. The nose transports us back in time and reminds us of the wines that were formerly produced in the Vinho Verde region, with notes of yeast, citrus fruits and nuts. In the mouth it has an excellent acidity, a slight gas that makes it vibrant, and an aftertaste with saline notes. It is an intentionally uncomplicated wine, perfect if shaken before opening and served in traditional bowls with great Portuguese snacks!
