Tiara is an elegant, delicate white that reveals the purity of the grape varieties and the acidity of the terroir that gives rise to it. Long fermentation at low temperatures in Foudres over 30 years old, from 1500L - 3000L, makes all the difference! On the nose it is more exuberant than the 2021, with floral notes characteristic of the Códega do Larinho grape variety, with a base of citrus, aromatic herbs, peach and other orchard fruits. In the mouth it has a lot of volume and structure, which characterize the year 2022. The finish is almost spicy, persistent and prolonged by excellent acidity.

Grilled fish dishes. Seafood and white meats. Vegetarian suggestions: sautéed vegetables and salads.
