Tiara is a high altitude white, a light, fine wine with a lot of verve and energy. It is in the vineyard that we have all the heritage, the natural yeasts for alcoholic fermentation and the fresh, elegant character. Tiara comes from vineyards over 60 years old, planted at an altitude of 600 metres, where the Rabigato variety is predominant.

Delicately aromatic, the Tiara 2024 reveals subtle floral notes intertwined with fresh citrus, accompanied by hints of pineapple and subtle hints of hazelnut. A light touch of buttery richness adds smoothness without overpowering the wine’s natural freshness. On the palate, it is elegant and finely balanced, with a lively acidity that brings energy and definition to the fruit. With a smooth and harmonious texture, it finishes clean and persistent, leaving delicate nuances of citrus and dried fruit on the finish.

Grilled fish dishes. Seafood and white meats. Vegetarian suggestions: sautéed vegetables and salads.
