The color is light, citrine and bright. On the nose it is discreet, with floral, citrus and aromatic herb notes that give it complexity and sophistication. This is a serious and distinguished white. What impresses most about this VV when new is the mouth, structured but elegant, with excellent acidity combined with salinity that makes us travel quickly to the limestone soils of Bairrada. It finishes long, persistent and spicy.

It goes very well with seafood dishes, oven-roasted fish, cod dishes and Japanese-inspired dishes, with alkaline and iodized flavors (such as Nori seaweed).
