Notes of immense freshness of white flowers, with jasmine and honeysuckle standing out, with hints of vanilla in the background. Next, aromas of pineapple and white plum emerge, along with delicate hints of toast, revealing good integration of the barrel. On the palate, flavours of apricot, apple and crisp citrus notes emerge, with an acidity that provides elegance and balance. It finishes with a subtle and consensual smoky touch. A very well-balanced ensemble.

Ready for immediate consumption, it will also benefit from an additional aging period. Serve between 2022 and 2025, ideally at a temperature between 10 and 12°C, with some rich fish dishes.
