Straw yellow in color, it presents great aromatic complexity, rich notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, kerosene and biscuit, surrounded by great minerality. The tasting confirms the nose, rich and concentrated, always on a strong mineral mantle.

Perfect companion for intensely flavored fish and seafood, white meats and salads. Serve at 10º/12 degrees.

Quinta do Cardo wines represent the identity of Beira Interior. The organic production method for Quinta do Cardo wines, a pioneer in Portugal, allows the preservation of native fauna and flora, promoting the biodiversity of our agricultural ecosystem, with a strong impact on the final quality of the wines produced here. In the 1930s, the first wine was produced at Quinta do Cardo, which was called Branco Maia. In 1986 the first white under the Quinta do Cardo brand was bottled and in 1988 the first red. The brand's fame skyrocketed and quickly became one of the great Portuguese wines, giving much prestige and strength to the then unknown Beira Interior.
