A seductive and charming scent of honeysuckle, complemented by notes of sea salt and iodine, as well as hints of vanilla. Hints of flint and light toast add dimension to the sumptuous aromatic range. The rich texture provides creamy apricot and quince flavours and subtle hints of honey, all impeccably balanced by citric acidity that cuts through to sublime elegance and poise. The wine's complexity and sophistication hold the promise of further refinement with continued evolution in the bottle.
A white wine that raises the bar even higher for the estate's quality potential. It is the result of an even more selective harvest, with a careful choice of older plots and an earlier harvest date to ensure greater acidity. A better and more harmonious connection to the new wood was sought and the wine's longevity was promoted.
