Delicate citrus aromas combined with white stone fruit support its complex, vibrant and enigmatic aroma. With a remarkable firmness granted by the origin in red grapes, this is a wine with a compact body, fresh and tense, endless and with great precision, just as great wines should be.
It goes well with white meat, fish and seafood. Store horizontally, in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
We climb the slopes of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo to the top. There, where the grapes ripen more slowly, retaining greater freshness and linearity, Quinta Nova Blanc de Noir is born, the white Reserve made from red grapes. The beautiful bunches of Tinta Roriz open our cellar, harvested when they reach the ideal point of maturation so that we can extract all the components that make this wine unique and sublime.
