It is rich in notes of lime, some orange blossom and stone fruits, presenting mineral and light kerosene. On tasting, it proves to be very rich, with defined and crunchy acidity. With confectionery notes, unctuous and long and textured finish.
To be drunk at a temperature of 14ºC, it demonstrates all its qualities at the table, contrasting with most white wines.
Ravasqueira Heritage White, like all the wines that make up the Heritage range, is a tribute wine, with personality and a serious profile, which reveals all the passion for the unique terroir of the plots that gave rise to it. Without revealing the percentage of each variety, it is a white wine for aging that results from a careful selection of the best barrels of white grapes existing in Monte da Ravasqueira.
