The payoff is huge, the wine is firm and lush, the texture is silky, the structure is linear and the depth striking. It is a wine of the present and the future.
The Encruzado variety, also known as Salgueirinho, is an endemic variety from Dão. Coming from a land of higher altitude and sheltered like the Taboadella vineyard in metamorphosed granites during hundreds of thousands of years, in this lot we share the our care with the cross-grape variety. THE delicate grange of crossroads vines requires extra attention during the vegetative period.
