Bright citrus yellow, intense floral nose, with hints of tea, bergamot and iodine. Rich full attack, with a touch of iodine and salt.

GASTRONOMY

Fresh, with good acidity and some greasiness, and a large saline component. It works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.

This wine demonstrates the potential of this unique variety, in this "extreme" volcanic terroir, in a pure, mineral, and saline wine... in the hope that it will contaminate others to keep it alive.
