Cloudy in appearance and yellow in color. Citrus and white fruit notes predominate in the aroma, in a pastry environment that refers to the wine tasting at the end of fermentation. In the mouth it is a wine with texture and volume, with a vibrant and very appealing acidity. The finish is long and saline.

It is very versatile, being a great option to accompany burrata, tuna bowl, ceviche or tempura. Experiment with rich Vietnamese or Thai cuisines. It should be served chilled at a temperature of 8ºC.
