It turned out delicately fruity, with hints of vanilla coming from of contact with the wood. Full-bodied and fresh, it presents itself balanced, complex, showing honey and dried fruit flavors. The finish is long and elegant.
Of the excellent wines obtained from the Antão Vaz and Perrum varieties, the best was chosen for aging in new French oak barrels.
