Ruby color, clear and bright. Lively and vinous aroma. Forest fruits stand out, such as strawberries and raspberries, along with more delicate ones, such as cherries, violets and orange blossom. The wood is very well integrated and reveals subtle aromas of roasted coffee and fresh spices, such as cinnamon and black pepper. In the mouth it is broad and silky, very elegant. The expression of the fruit, the freshness and softness of the tannins converge in a long and harmonious finish.

It goes well with roasts, red meat and even fish, such as oven-roasted cod. Also excellent in the company of cured sheep's milk cheeses.
