Deep brown color with a greenish tinge. Complex and powerful nose, dominated by the strong presence of dried fruits and spices, combined with a subtle and refined hint of vanilla. In the mouth, it is concentrated, silky and enveloping. A wine with an impeccable structure, great character and an apotheotic finish.

Slightly refreshed, it is the ideal choice to serve with starters with strong cheeses and pâtés. The velvety texture and the unique aromatic expression stand out notably with main dishes that include nuts. Irresistible with a terrine of foie gras with aubergine and walnuts. A wonderful option to accompany an endless number of desserts, including delicious caramel brownies, chocolate and pistachio pave and walnut crostini with chèvre cheese.
