Bright golden color, with brick nuances. Intense aroma and excellent complexity, highlighting the spicy notes, such as pepper, ginger and nutmeg, wax balsamic and tobacco box, slightly aniseed, and light notes of very ripe red fruits. Mouth with excellent volume, vibrant acidity, many spices, namely pepper, light jam, with an extremely elegant and almost infinite finish.

It is a very complex wine that can be enjoyed on its own or in the company of a good cigar. It accompanies desserts, such as crème fraîche, or made with nuts or caramel.
