The Conciso 2013 is light in color with violet tones. It shows a very fresh aroma, markedly mineral, with good notes of reduction and spices. It is fine and very complex in aroma. Of medium concentration, in the mouth it is enveloping with fresh fruit and silky tannins. A light, elegant and very fresh wine, with mineral and wild fruit notes, in a long, deep and very delicate aftertaste.
Goes well with traditional cuisine and game dishes. Pairs very well with duck rice.
Conciso is our interpretation of a fine and elegant Dão, a wine that shows all the potential and character of a very old vineyard. This century-old vineyard, planted in granite soil and facing east, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, has mixed grape varieties where Baga and Jaen are predominant.
