The color is slightly citrine and bright. On the nose it is discreet, with notes of hazelnut and citrus fruits, a fruity aroma reminiscent of apricots, floral and green nuances that give it complexity and sophistication. This is a serious and distinguished white. What impresses most about this VV when new is the mouth, structured but elegant, with an excellent acidity allied to the salinity that makes us quickly travel to the limestone soils of Bairrada. Finishes long, persistent and spicy.

It goes very well with seafood dishes, oven-roasted fish, cod dishes and Japanese-inspired dishes, with alkaline and iodized flavors (such as Nori seaweed).
